The property is situated in the Malmera reserve of the Montecchi and the Colle degli Angeli; an hilly area that stretches out to the Iseo lake, which is made up of rocky formations of marly limestone called “Moon rocks” and of sandstone that comes from the Credaro and Sarnico stones. The landscape is characterized by the terraces where grapevines and olive trees are grown. The inside of the house has stayed the same through the years and keeps the typical rustic feel of homes from the past century.
